Macrobiotic lavender cookie
½ cup sunflower oil or coconut oil
½ cup rice syrup and/or apple concentrate
1,5 cup organic whole grain spelt flour
1 cup organic white spelt flour
2 table spoon organic lavender flower
2 drops of organic Lavandula angustifolia essential oil
Cooking: Mix the dry and wet ingredients into a doughy consistency.
Split the dough into 4 equal parts than prepare appr. 5 cm diametric rollers, fold them each and put them into the fridge for appr. 2 hours.
Slice the rollers into 8mm-wide circles and place them in the baking papery pan.
After cooling down if the dough is kept tight, we can keep it for 3 weeks.
